Creamy Dill & Lemon Yogurt Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons What’s the Dilly spice blend

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh dill and lemon slices, for garnish

  • Fresh veggies, crackers, pita, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Grate the lemon zest from the lemon.

    • Mince the garlic clove, if using.

  2. Mix Yogurt and Lemon Juice:

    • In a mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt and lemon juice.

    • Stir well until the lemon juice is fully incorporated into the yogurt.

  3. Add Spice Blend and Lemon Zest:

    • Add the What’s the Dilly spice blend and lemon zest to the yogurt mixture.

    • Stir gently to evenly distribute the spice blend and lemon zest throughout the yogurt.

  4. Season:

    • If using garlic, add the minced garlic to the yogurt mixture.

    • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    • Stir well to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.

  5. Chill (Optional):

    • For best flavor, cover the yogurt dip and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.

  6. Serve:

    • Once chilled (if preferred), transfer the yogurt dip to a serving bowl.

    • Garnish with a sprig of fresh dill or a sprinkle of lemon zest, if desired.

    • Serve with your favorite dippable items such as fresh vegetables, pita bread, or crackers.
