Creamy Dill & Lemon Yogurt Dip
Ingredients:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons What’s the Dilly spice blend
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh dill and lemon slices, for garnish
Fresh veggies, crackers, pita, for serving
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
Grate the lemon zest from the lemon.
Mince the garlic clove, if using.
Mix Yogurt and Lemon Juice:
In a mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt and lemon juice.
Stir well until the lemon juice is fully incorporated into the yogurt.
Add Spice Blend and Lemon Zest:
Add the What’s the Dilly spice blend and lemon zest to the yogurt mixture.
Stir gently to evenly distribute the spice blend and lemon zest throughout the yogurt.
Season:
If using garlic, add the minced garlic to the yogurt mixture.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stir well to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
Chill (Optional):
For best flavor, cover the yogurt dip and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
Serve:
Once chilled (if preferred), transfer the yogurt dip to a serving bowl.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh dill or a sprinkle of lemon zest, if desired.
Serve with your favorite dippable items such as fresh vegetables, pita bread, or crackers.
