ORDERING

  • Yes, we offer gift cards in various denominations. They make for a perfect gift for friends and family who you think would love our products. Shop for them here.

  • You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website or by using the order tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation email to see if your order has been shipped yet.

  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and other secure payment methods such as ApplePay.

SHIPPING + RETURNS

  • Food items are a unique and delicate product, and their quality and safety can be compromised if returned. To maintain the highest standards for our customers, we cannot accept exchanges or returns.

    We do understand that preferences vary, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We urge you to explore our website for exciting recipes and ideas to make the most of your purchase or consider gifting the goods to a friend or family member who might appreciate the unique flavors.

  • We work hard to process and ship orders quickly! After your order has been processed, we aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days. We do not ship on U.S. holidays.

    Orders typically arrive within 7 business days.

    Once shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number where you can follow the journey of your culinary goods!

  • USPS Ground Advantage - 5 days

    USPS Priority Mail - 2 days

    USPS Priority Mail Express - 1-2 days

  • We primarily use USPS for shipping orders. In certain situations, such as busy times of the year or to expedite delivery, we may also utilize UPS or FedEx.

  • We ship to all of the 48 contiguous states within the United States and Washington DC.

    We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside of the United States.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the journey of your culinary goods!

  • While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays by our shipping partners can occur. If your order is delayed while in transit, please contact our customer support team at support@rawfamilymarket.com and we will investigate and assist you accordingly.

  • We prioritize delivering top-quality spices for your culinary journey. While our promotional materials showcase larger pieces of exquisite ingredients, please note that upon purchase, our spices are meticulously ground to a finer consistency. This precision enhances flavor infusion, ensuring your dishes reach culinary perfection. Rest assured, the essence, aroma, and taste of our spices remain unparalleled.

  • The best way to keep your spices at peak freshness is to store them in an airtight glass jar, in a cool, dark place.

  • We procure our ingredients from various corners of the globe. Some are directly obtained from the producers or farmers, while others are strategically acquired through collaborations with both foreign and domestic brokers. Our guiding principles revolve around prioritizing quality, sustainability, flavor, and freshness.

  • We handcraft all of our products in-house. Given our background and passion for cooking, we are always experimenting and coming up with new ideas for products to share!

  • Spice freshness varies. When stored correctly, some last up to a year, but others lose flavor faster. Ground spices, such as cumin and cardamom, lose flavor quickly, while peppercorns and hard seeds like nutmeg may last up to a year. Herbs like thyme and rosemary are best within six months for top flavor. When unsure, trust your nose. If your spices don’t smell fragrant, it's time to replace them as they likely won't taste good either.
