Lemon Pepper Shrimp Pasta
Ingredients:
8 oz linguine or your favorite pasta
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Lemon Peppa Steppa spice blend
Juice from 1/2 Lemon
Salt, to taste
Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions:
Cook the Pasta:
Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Shrimp:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until they turn pink and opaque. Season with salt.
Add Seasoning:
Add Lemon Peppa Steppa spice blend and lemon juice, and freshly ground black pepper to the shrimp. Stir well to coat the shrimp in the lemony goodness.
Combine with Pasta:
Toss the cooked and drained pasta into the skillet with the lemon pepper shrimp. Mix until the pasta is well coated with the flavorful sauce.
Adjust Flavor:
Taste and adjust the seasoning, adding more salt or black pepper if needed. If you like some heat, add red pepper flakes to your liking.
Garnish and Serve:
Garnish the Lemon Pepper Shrimp Pasta with fresh chopped parsley.
Serve hot, optionally topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
