Lemon Pepper Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz linguine or your favorite pasta

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Peppa Steppa spice blend

  • Juice from 1/2 Lemon

  • Salt, to taste

  • Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

  • Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta:

    • Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. Prepare the Shrimp:

    • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

    • Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until they turn pink and opaque. Season with salt.

  3. Add Seasoning:

    • Add Lemon Peppa Steppa spice blend and lemon juice, and freshly ground black pepper to the shrimp. Stir well to coat the shrimp in the lemony goodness.

  4. Combine with Pasta:

    • Toss the cooked and drained pasta into the skillet with the lemon pepper shrimp. Mix until the pasta is well coated with the flavorful sauce.

  5. Adjust Flavor:

    • Taste and adjust the seasoning, adding more salt or black pepper if needed. If you like some heat, add red pepper flakes to your liking.

  6. Garnish and Serve:

    • Garnish the Lemon Pepper Shrimp Pasta with fresh chopped parsley.

    • Serve hot, optionally topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
