Cajun Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 tablespoons Not So Cajun seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. Season the Shrimp:

    • In a bowl, toss the shrimp with Not So Cajun seasoning, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Ensure that the shrimp are well coated in the seasoning.

  2. Sauté the Shrimp:

    • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    • Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until they turn pink and opaque with brown edges.

  3. Garnish and Serve:

    • Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the cooked shrimp for a burst of freshness.

    • Serve the Cajun shrimp with lemon wedges on the side.

This dish pairs well with Cajun Rice.
