Cajun Shrimp
Ingredients:
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons Not So Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
Season the Shrimp:
In a bowl, toss the shrimp with Not So Cajun seasoning, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Ensure that the shrimp are well coated in the seasoning.
Sauté the Shrimp:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until they turn pink and opaque with brown edges.
Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the cooked shrimp for a burst of freshness.
Serve the Cajun shrimp with lemon wedges on the side.
This dish pairs well with Cajun Rice.
